Balfour Beatty Communities Earns Crystal Award for Service Excellence in Navy Southeast Housing
NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA – March 5, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Balfour Beatty Communities, LLC, a leading provider of property management, development and related real estate services for the multifamily, military, and student housing markets, was recognized for outstanding service in its Navy Southeast military housing portfolio with the prestigious CEL & Associates 2012 Crystal Award.
The Navy conducts resident satisfaction surveys through CEL & Associates, Inc., a real estate industry analyst and the nation’s largest surveyor of tenant satisfaction, to monitor the level of resident satisfaction in privatized Navy installation housing. The Crystal Award is bestowed on the project that has earned a consolidated service score of 85 percent or higher with a minimum 20 percent response rate.
This is the third consecutive Crystal Award for Balfour Beatty Communities’ Navy Southeast Region, which consists of Joint Base Charleston (SC), NAS Jacksonville (FL), NAS JRB Fort Worth (TX), NAS Key West (FL), NAS Meridian (MS), NAS Pensacola (FL), NAS Whiting Field (FL), NCBC Gulfport (FL), NSA Panama City (FL), NSB Kings Bay (GA), and NS Mayport (FL). Balfour Beatty Communities has provided comprehensive property management and development services to the Region’s Navy families since 2007.
