A Shooting Leaves A 19-Year-Old Man Shot to Death In Algiers

    WASHINGTON, D.C. – March 19, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — A 19-year-old man was killed after a shooting in the Algiers Neighborhood. The name of the victim has not been released pending notification of family members. The incident took place shortly after 3:00 A.M., inside of a home in the 800 block of Elmira Street.
