ALTA Honors Old Republic Title Underwriting Counsel with National Title Professional Recognition
Washington, D.C., – RealEstateRama — Lindee Deshler KTP, MTP, TPN, NTP has earned the National Title Professional (NTP) designation from the American Land Title Association (ALTA), the national trade association of the land title insurance industry. Formally acknowledged with the NTP designation on Feb. 1, 2025, Deshler is one of 121 leaders across the United States who have devoted their careers to the land title industry and earned their designation.
The designation recognizes land title professionals who demonstrate the knowledge, experience and dedication essential to the safe and efficient transfer of real property.*

Vice president and Underwriting Counsel for the South Central Division of Old Republic National Title in Kansas City, Mo., Deshler has 12 years of experience in the title insurance industry. She earned the Missouri Title Professional (MTP) and Title Professional of Nebraska (TPN) designations in 2021 and the Kansas Title Professional (KTP) designation in 2022. At ALTA, Deshler is a member of the DI Advisory Council, Membership Committee and Native American Lands Work Group. At the Missouri Land Title Association, she is co-chair of the Education Committee and a member of the PAC Committee and Legislative Committee. Additionally, she is a member of the Nebraska Land Title Association’s Legislative Committee and Kansas Land Title Association’s Education Committee.
Deshler also is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (Kansas City), the Association of Women Lawyers of Greater Kansas City and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. She is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Nebraska. She also serves pro bono as a guardian ad litem for Jackson County Court Appointed Special Advocates representing children in foster care.
