WASHINGTON, D.C. – August 31, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — The United States Department of Agriculture/Rural Development and Northern Marianas Housing Corporation have announced the availability of temporary loan repayment moratoriums for USDA/RD and NMHC/U.S. Housing and Urban Development loans for borrowers affected by Typhoon Soudelor.
The USDA/RD moratorium covers principal and interest payments for up to 24 months; the NMHC/HUD moratorium covers principal and interest payments for up to 6 months.
