Benchmark Association Services Refunds Surplus of Funds to West Sahara Community Association (WSCA) Homeowners
Las Vegas, NV – January 24, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Benchmark Association Services, an Associa company, is pleased to announce that a surplus of funds is being returned to the WSCA members by a complete forgiveness of their first quarter dues and a reduction of the dues for the following quarters.
WSCA was able to complete all of its 2010 projects with allocated funds and also has allocated the appropriate funds for its 2011 community projects. The WSCA dues remain lower than nearby communities and have not been raised for several years.
