Housing Predictor analysts scoured the nation in an effort to find the best bargains in and they are located in a limited number of cities with a rigid set of requirements.
All are at least 3-bedroom homes, with two bathrooms, 1,200 square feet and in good neighborhoods. The criteria was so restrictive analysts expect there to be a run on these homes in the next few weeks.
