BH Properties Negotiates 517,000-SF Industrial Lease in Kansas City

Torrance, CA – August 10, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — B.H. Properties LLC, a Los Angeles-based commercial real estate investment firm, has negotiated the 5.5-year lease for its industrial building located at 5300 Kansas Ave. in Kansas City. The tenant, Comprehensive Logistics, Inc., a third-party logistics provider, plans to fill the entire 517,000-square-foot property. Comprehensive Logisitics also leased an additional 120,000 square feet in an adjacent facility.
