Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIASC) Honors KTGY Executive Director Nick Lehnert with Lifetime Achievement Award
Lehnert Receives Prestigious A. Gary Anderson Memorial Associate of Excellence Award
IRVINE, CALIF. – November 14, 2014 – (RealEstateRama) — Award-winning national firm KTGY Group, Inc., Architecture + Planning, is pleased to announce that Nick Lehnert, an executive director based in the firm’s Irvine, Calif., office, has been honored with a lifetime achievement award, the 2014 A. Gary Anderson Memorial Associate of Excellence Award, presented by The Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIASC). This prestigious award recognizes Lehnert’s contributions to the home building industry and the BIASC.
Lehnert is currently a member of the BIASC 55+ Housing Council board of directors and has served many years as a member of board of directors for BIASC and BIA’s Orange County (OC) chapter. He has also held the position of chairman of membership for BIAOC, president of BIAOC’s Sales & Marketing Council, and was named Associate of the Year by BIAOC.

Gary Anderson Memorial Associate of Excellence Award at the BIASC Installation and Awards Dinner on Wednesday, November 5th, at the Mission Inn in Riverside.
Lehnert brings over 40 years of demonstrated success in the home building industry and specializes in product development, segmentation, and positioning. A thought leader and a sought-after industry speaker on consumer preferences, market trends and “next market,” Lehnert is an expert in forward planning, competitive and consumer research, innovative product development, and results-oriented sales and marketing strategies. His proficiency in lifestyle market research results in prototype house designs that cater to the builder’s target buyers and an increase in the builder’s sales velocity. He has served in key positions in sales and marketing, product development and strategic marketing for major national and regional builders, and has the innate ability to enhance client experience through his builder related expertise, strategic insight and superior communication and team building skills.
