CBRE ARRANGES SALE OF WHOLE FOODS MARKET ON BISCAYNE BOULEVARD FOR $19.8 MILLION

The buyer, Happiness, Inc., purchased the property for $19.8 million from Biscayne Partners, LLC, a Miami-based real estate development firm who hired CBRE to market the asset for sale and negotiate the transaction.
