    Miami, FL – March 18, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — CBRE arranged the sale of Pompano Marketplace, a 239,200 square-foot shopping center located at 1255 South Federal Highway in Pompano Beach, Florida. A joint venture between Principal Global Investors, based in Des Moines, Iowa, and Woolbright Development, based in Boca Raton, Florida, purchased the asset that was acquired by the seller in 1989.
