CBRE SECURES $14.93 MILLION IN FINANCING FOR ATLANTA OFFICE BUILDINGS

Miami, FL – June 28, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — CBRE Debt & Equity Financing Group worked on behalf of Banyan Street Capital, based in Miami, to secure $14.93 million in financing for the purchase of Davinci Court, two Class A office buildings totaling 201,649 square feet located in the Peachtree Corners submarket of Atlanta, Georgia. Wells Fargo out of Charlotte, North Carolina, originated the loan.
