Miami, FL – June 28, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — CBRE Debt & Equity Financing Group worked on behalf of The Brunetti Organization to secure $25 million for a supplemental mortgage on Richfield Village Apartments in Clifton, New Jersey. Prudential, out of Atlanta, Georgia, originated the loan.
