CHFA Announces Public Hearing on DRAFT revisions to the Rental Housing – Multifamily Housing Program Procedures and the Rental Housing – Housing Management Procedures
WASHINGTON, D.C. – September 3, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — At its August 30, 2012 meeting, the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority’s Board of Directors adopted a resolution to publish for public comment drafted revisions to the Rental Housing – Multifamily Housing Program Procedures and the Rental Housing – Housing Management Procedures (see attached).
There will be two public hearings. One public hearing will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at CHFA’s offices at 999 West Street, Rocky Hill, Connecticut. An additional public hearing will be held at 3:00 p.m. on October 2, 2012 at the Margaret E. Morton Government Center, 999 Broad Street, Bridgeport, Connecticut.
