Colorado Housing Market More Ready Than Ever for Design Firms

    WASHINGTON, D.C. – March 18, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — As the doors closed on 2012, high-country real estate sales blasted to their highest mark since 2008. Real estate sales in Eagle, Grand, Pitkin, San Miguel, Routt and Summit counties reached 37 percent higher sales marks than they did in 2009. When looking at the numbers they are still well shy of reaching the glory marks of 2007. But statistics tell us that if the trend continues, we will well be on our way to basking in the numbers from 6 years ago. The inventory is out there and the buyers are stepping out of the woodwork.
