SAN DIEGO, Calif. – March 9, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — The ConAm Group, (ConAm) a San Diego-based real estate investment, development and services firm, announced today that Rob Singh, will be returning to the company as President and Chief Investment Officer. ConAm also announced today that Robert J. Svatos, formerly ConAm’s executive vice president and chief financial officer, has been promoted to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Singh is a twenty-seven-year industry veteran, who was previously with ConAm for seventeen years. Epstein said, “Rob had been instrumental in our business development and investment activities including sourcing new capital relationships and securing new property management assignments. He contributed significantly to help us achieve our unmatched track record over the past two decades.”

Chaz Mueller, who had been president of ConAm, will be leaving the company in March to join the Irvine Company. “We thank Chaz for his contributions to ConAm and wish him continued success as he moves to his new position,” Epstein noted.
