DISTRESSED LAUDERHILL OFFICE PROPERTY CHANGES HANDS

Miami, FL – June 20, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) – The CBRE Private Capital Group (PCG) arranged the sale of Executive University Courts, a 102,120-square-foot Class B office complex at 4300 North University Drive in Lauderhill, Florida, for $5.3 million. CBRE represented both the seller, 4300 Lauderhill LLC, which had purchased the property in April 2013, as well as the buyer, KAS Partners LLC. CBRE was also selected by the new landlord to lease the property.
