Orlando, FL – June 3, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — CBRE recently negotiated a lease for TravelClick, a provider of products and services to the hospitality industry, for its growing central Florida office. TravelClick will occupy the entire third floor, 36,748 square feet, of the HD Supply Building, a five-story office building at 501 Church Street in Orlando’s Central Business District. CBRE represented both the tenant and the landlord in the negotiations.
