DePledge has worked in the Temecula association management industry for six years managing new and established communities. She is an active member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and holds a certified community association CCAM designation from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers. She is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and has two degrees, a Bachelor of Science in social science and a Bachelor of Arts in geography.
