Floor & Decor Secures Lease on North Richland Hills, Texas Location
Torrance, CA – September 6, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — BH Properties, LLC, a Los Angeles-based commercial real estate investment firm, has leased its 89,282-square-foot building in North Richland Hills, Texas to Floor & Decor, a leading specialty retailer in the hard surface flooring market.

The shopping center sits on 6.7 acres located along the 820 Loop. Neighboring retailers include Wal-Mart Supercenter, Sam’s Club, Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, Pep Boys, 24 Hour Fitness and Staples.
Floor & Decor Outlets, which operates 33 flooring centers across the country, anticipates opening this location in the first half of 2013.
