FORMER NJN TELEVISION STUDIO POISED FOR NEW TENANT

NEWARK, N.J. – October 25, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — A 2,500-square-foot television studio is available at the Robert Treat Center, 50 Park Place, Newark, N.J., announced The Berger Organization, owner of the 15-story, 100,000-square-foot class B office building. The studio was the home of the New Jersey Network for 20 years, prior to NJN’s operations being outsourced by the State of New Jersey.
