The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management and is recommended for experienced managers who want to demonstrate advanced skills and knowledge and who wish to be recognized as one of the best and most experienced managers in the nation.
To earn the PCAM designation, a community manager must have at least five years direct community association management experience, successfully pass their CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) examination, pass six related courses through CAI and complete an extensive case study among numerous other items.

Barber manages a portfolio of condominium, residential and office associations. She has worked in the community association management field since 1995 and has prior experience in the apartment industry in both Florida and Georgia. During her career, she has managed all levels of communities from public housing to exclusive residential luxury housing. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and also has the CMCA and AMS designations.
Clemons graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in journalism and communications. She served as the fundraising committee chair for CAI for two years and served on the CAI Board of Directors for Georgia. A community association management professional for more than seven years, Clemons oversees a portfolio of condominiums and HOAs.
