HUD is seeking competitive applications for individual FY 2013 program NOFAs to meet the goals of its Strategic Plan for FY 2010-2015. Applicants should be able to access the FY 2013 – FY 2014 CoC Application and CoC Priority Listing, and FY 2013 Project Applications in e-snaps system by close of business today, Friday, November 22. The deadline for submitting applications is February 3, 2014 at 7:59:59 p.m.
HUD is asking applicants to pay close attention to Section I.B. Summary of the Application Process in the FY 2013 – FY 2014 CoC Program Competition NOFA for specific requirements for each funding year.
