Highest Ranking Ever For Any Commercial Real Estate Services Firm on Prestigious List

(NYSE:CBG) today announced that the Company has been recognized as the 6th ranked provider of outsourcing services across all industries, according to the annual Global Outsourcing 100 released by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP). This is the highest ranking for any commercial real estate services firm on the 2011 list, which recognizes the world’s most prestigious outsourcing service providers.
This recognition marks the second time in IAOP history that CB Richard Ellis has been included in the top 10, and its highest position to date.
