BRIDGEVILLE, DE – June 11, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — After being vacant for more than 5 years a Sussex County Industrial Facility has received new life. The plant is located in Route 18 in Cannon, DE, about 1 mile West of Route 13 and just South of Bridgeville, DE. The property was most recently home to Godiva Chocolates and includes 70,000 SF on 10 acres.
Approximately 20,000 SF has been leased to Pallet Masters, the region’s premiere supplier of pallets and shipping containers to the manufacturing, distribution and agricultural community. Pallet Masters relocated from Whitehurst Drive in Seaford, DE. According to Todd Stephens, President of Pallet Masters, “This acquisition for our company significantly improves our transportation channels and allows us to more efficiently supply products to our growing number of customers in the Mid-Atlantic Region.”
Warehouse and light manufacturing spaces from 10,000 – 50,000 SF are available for immediate lease. Renovations are underway to further improve the loading dock and drive-in capabilities. The site also features office space, cooler space and yard area available for lease.
