Kentwood City Properties Shatters Sales Record with More Than $527 Million in Closed Volume for 2012

The figure is an astounding $200 million more than the previous high of $327 million that Kentwood City Properties posted for 2011. Kentwood City Properties also became Denver’s leader in total market share for homes within the city boundary, outdistancing the nearest competitor, a real estate franchise operating from multiple offices, according to data from the Multiple Listing Service. Kentwood City Properties operates from a single office with a total of 52 broker associates, and also serves home buyers and sellers outside the City of Denver.
