Lee & Associates Promotes Dale Camera to Senior Vice President
Torrance, CA – July 11, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, has promoted Dale Camera from vice president to senior vice president of the Irvine office. An expert in the Orange County market, Camera specializes in landlord and tenant representation, focusing on industrial, R&D and office product.

Dale joined Lee & Associates in 2001. His real estate experience also includes coordinating with major developers on the design, construction, marketing and disposition of developments in Orange County. Most recently, he has negotiated the following major transactions: represented Emery Investments for the sale of 1900 Carnegie (94,250-square-feet) and represented TA Realty in the disposition of Mission Viejo Commerce Park (150,000-square-feet).
Camera attended Central Connecticut State University in New Britain. He is currently a board member of Lee & Associates – Irvine’s Ethics Committee. Dale is also an active mentor for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of OC, and is currently the co-chairman of the organization’s largest fundraising event, The Gourmet Dinner. The Gourmet Dinner event grossed over $700,000 last year and Dale looks forward to surpassing that milestone this year with the help of the agency’s loyal supporters.
