Metro Commercial Arranges 60,000 SF Lease for Mealey’s Furniture

Mt. Laurel, NJ – October 6, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the Philadelphia region’s premier full-service retail real estate company, has negotiated a lease for Mealey’s Furniture to occupy 60,000 square feet at Brixmor’s (formerly Centro Properties Group) Valley Fair Shopping Center. The shopping center is located at 260 W. Swedesford Road in Devon, PA. The store held its grand opening on October 1, 2011.
