Metro Commercial Inks 7 Lumber Liquidator Deals throughout US
New stores opening in Florida, Georgia, Wisconsin, New York and Pennsylvania
Mount Laurel, NJ – August 24, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — As part of its exclusive national representation of Lumber Liquidators, Metro Commercial announced that it has brokered 7 leases totaling nearly 46,000 square feet. Metro Commercial’s Brandon Anapol, along with Tom Londres, Dan Brickner, Steve Niggeman and Phil Azarik serve at the Exclusive Leasing Team for the national retailer.
Lumber Liquidators (NYSE:LL) is the largest independent retailers in the United States specializing in hardwood flooring and has over 200 locations nationwide with stores in 46 states and over 1,000 employees. They pride itself with having one of the largest inventories of pre-finished and un-finished hardwood floors in the industry and offer a variety of brands for residential and commercial construction.
In Georgia, an 8,468 SF store in Kennesaw Landing in Kennesaw and a 6,000 SF store in Newnan opened in July 2011.
Now open is a 10,150 SF store in West Allis, Wisconsin.
In January 2011, a 5,200 SF store opened at Palmetto Palms Business Park in Miami, Florida. A second Florida location consisting of 5,400 square feet opened in St. Petersburg earlier this year.
In Pennsylvania, a 4,321 SF Lumber Liquidators on Lincoln Way East in Chambersburg is scheduled to open in September 2011.
In New York, a 5,820 SF store will open at Johnson City Town Center in Johnson City in September 2011.
