Monday, February 24

–    Dr. Egypt Sherrod’s Keynote Fireside Chat – She will share her journey from media to real estate, offering key strategies for navigating today’s housing market. She will also provide insights on community revitalization, building generational wealth, and balancing life and leadership.

–    Laura Escobar’s Fireside Chat – She will discuss the current state of the real estate and mortgage industries, providing key insights into market trends and opportunities.

–    Catrese Fields Alston’s Breakout Session – A session focused on work-life balance for real estate professionals, with strategies to avoid burnout, set boundaries, and prioritize well-being while achieving career success.

  • Darryl Bumpass Sr.’s Breakout Session: The New Real Estate Landscape Post-NAR Lawsuit – A discussion on how recent policy and commission structure changes will impact real estate agents, covering topics such as:
  • Understanding the NAR lawsuit and its implications
  •  Turning disruption into opportunity
  • Enhancing transparency and trust with clients
  • Offering customized services to meet evolving market needs
  • Jeanine Searcy’s Breakout Session: The Power of Black Women in Real Estate – The founder of Black Girls in Real Estate will discuss the economic power of Black women in the industry and the impact of NAREB’s Women Investing in Real Estate (W.I.R.E.) initiative.

MidWinter Conference Top 100 Luncheon

This luncheon is an exclusive, invitation-only, non-transferable platform for the Top 100 Partners, the 2022 and 2023 Top 100 Applicants, and Awardees to connect and network while discussing the evolving real estate landscape and sharing strategies for success in 2025.
