National Center on Homelessness Among Veterans Offers Housing First Video Series

WASHINGTON, D.C. – November 4, 2014 – (RealEstateRama) — The National Center on Homelessness Among Veterans, in partnership with Pathways to Housing, has posted a video series on Housing First, an evidence-based, low-barrier, supportive housing model that emphasizes permanent supportive housing to end homelessness. The 33% reduction in homelessness among veterans between January 2010 and January 2014 is evidence that the Housing First approach works.
