National Housing Conference strengthens Board with new leaders, sustains diversity and expertise
Washington, DC – RealEstateRama – The National Housing Conference (NHC) Board of Governors is pleased to announce its Executive Committee, including new officers for 2024-2025.
Ali Solis, Principal of S3 Advisory Services, will assume the role of Chair, succeeding Steve O’Connor, Senior Vice President for Affordable Housing Initiatives at the Mortgage Bankers Association, who will remain on the Board as Immediate Past Chair. Ralph Perrey, Executive Director of the Tennessee Housing Development Agency, will serve as Vice Chair; Angie Garcia Lathrop, Community Affairs Executive for Bank of America, will serve as Treasurer; and Kathryn Monet, CEO of the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans, will serve as Secretary. Duane Duncan, Senior Vice President of Government and Industry Relations, Enact MI; Christopher Ptomey, Principal, PT Policy; Connie Wright, SVP, Housing Access and Affordability at Wells Fargo Foundation; and new Board and Executive Committee member Laura Arce, Senior Vice President for Economic Initiatives, UnidosUS, will serve as At-Large members.
Alongside Arce, two other new members of the Board of Governors, elected by the membership in March, have begun their new three-year terms: Ed Brady, President and CEO of the Home Builders Institute, and Sarah Brundage, President and CEO of the National Association of Affordable Housing Lenders.
