Having previously spent six years recruiting retail sales teams, leading training and continuing education programs for commission-based sales workers and developing an Excellence in Customer Service program, Svikhart will bring her years of management expertise to her new position as the Broker-Manager of Gloria Nilson, REALTORS®, Real Living’s Shrewsbury office this month.
