Construction Association and Sage Will Release their 2025 Construction Hiring & Business Outlook During Live Media Briefing on Wednesday, January 8 at 1 p.m. EST
WASHINGTON, D.C. – RealEstateRama – On Wednesday, January 8 at 1 p.m. EST, the Associated General Contractors of America and Sage will release their national, regional and state* construction hiring and business forecasts for 2025 during a virtual media briefing. The outlook will show how contractors are preparing to meet demand for different market segments this year even as they cope with new workforce and tariff challenges and adopt new technologies.
AGC of America’s chief economist, Ken Simonson, will share details of the outlook and its chief executive officer, Jeffrey Shoaf, will detail steps public officials, including the incoming Trump administration, should take to support the construction industry in 2025. And Sage’s vice president of construction and real estate, Dustin Anderson, will provide an analysis of the industry’s technology expectations for the year. Construction contractors will be available to discuss their expectations for the year and local market conditions.
