NEW MEXICO-BASED AEROSPACE SERVICE FIRM TO OPEN NEW DIVISION IN SOUTH BROWARD

Fort Lauderdale, FL – July 29, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) –Aero Mechanical, a New Mexico-based supplier of aerospace maintenance services, is opening a new division in Hollywood, Florida. CBRE arranged a seven-year lease for the firm on 38,355 square feet at 3901 SW 30th Avenue in the Port 95 Commerce Park. CBRE represented the landlord, Prologis. According to CBRE Research, this is the third aerospace company to either relocate to or expand in South Florida since the beginning of the year
