Presented to those who are 35 and younger and have shown exemplary achievements and demonstrated outstanding professional accomplishments in the commercial real estate industry.
Applicants must be a member of NAIOP in good standing and will be selected based on the following criteria:

NAIOP participation
community involvement
Recipients will be honored at Development ’14: The Meeting for Commercial Real Estate in Denver, Colorado. Applications are due July 31, 2014.
