North Carolina Regional MLS expands: Mid Carolina Regional MLS joins as its 11th Cooperative Member
Eastern North Carolina – July 20, 2021 – RealEstateRama – North Carolina Regional MLS (NCRMLS), one of the largest and most recognized multiple listing services in North Carolina, has expanded its alliance of Members with the addition of Mid Carolina Regional MLS (MCRMLS) into the fold as the newest Cooperative Member.
Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) create connections that serve as a listing database for all a market’s homes for sale while enabling collaboration between competing brokers and agents to make transactions happen as quickly as possible and for the best price. MLSs essentially serve as cooperatives, resulting in brokerages collaborating on marketing and selling each other’s listings.
Representing approximately 750 Realtors® and Appraisers, the Mid Carolina Regional Association of REALTORS® (MCRAR) prides itself in being the voice of real estate across Moore, Richmond, and Anson Counties.

This partnership will expand NCRML’s reach to 315 Cities and Towns in 27 counties, representing around 9,000 Realtors®.
