    WASHINGTON, D.C. – September 19, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — South Dakota Housing Development Authority, in partnership with the Governor’s Office of Economic Development, will be hosting a public comment meeting at various sites around the state to solicit comments on the drafts of the 2014 Annual Action Plan and the amended 2013-2014 HOME program and Housing Tax Credit Allocation Plans
