OHFA Board Approves More Than $3.7 Million for Affordable Housing Initiatives Across the State

COLUMBUS, OH – November 16, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) Board yesterday approved $942,457 through the Capital Improvements Program (CIP), designed to provide funding for minor renovations and maintenance on aging properties funded by the Ohio Department of Mental Health (ODMH).
