LOS ANGELES, Calif. – July 2, 2014 – (RealEstateRama) — Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, a national real estate law firm with offices in Los Angeles and Chicago, announced that Asher Harrison Luzzatto has joined the firm as an associate in the Los Angeles office. Luzzatto’s experience includes a deep involvement with public interest organizations and environmental law.
Prior to joining Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, Luzzatto was a summer associate at Block & Garden, LLP, where he conducted valuable research and worked with clients on project financing and entity formation. Luzzatto also worked as a legal intern at the American Civil Liberties Union in Los Angeles, where he assisted on projects specific to public trusts and federal land grants.
Prior to joining law school, Luzzatto was a financial extern for the Hon. John Segal. Before pursuing a career in law, Luzzatto gained a wealth of experience organizing fundraising projects, including philanthropic fundraisers for a variety of important political, philanthropic and environmental organizations.
Luzzatto received his J.D. in June 2013 from the University of Chicago Law School, where he served as president of the Environmental Law Society. Additionally, he was involved with the Law Students Association as a 3L representative and was a member of the winning team in the 2013 Booth-Kellogg Real Estate Challenge. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in communications and a minor in political science, where he was the commencement speaker for the Communications Department and chair for the Communications Advisory Board of Students.
