Pircher, Nichols & Meeks Hires Elena Baca As New Associate
WASHINGTON, D.C. – November 17, 2014 – (RealEstateRama) — Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, a national real estate law firm with offices in Chicago and Los Angeles, has announced Elena Baca has joined the firm as a new associate in the Chicago office. Baca has previous experience in real estate and property transaction law.
Baca is a former summer associate of Pircher, Nichols & Meeks where she worked on commercial lease review, formation documents, opinion letters, and purchase and sale agreements.
Prior to joining Pircher, Nichols & Meeks as a summer associate, Baca worked as a research volunteer at both the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles and the Federal Public Defender’s office in Portland, Oregon.
Baca earned her J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law, graduating cum laude, where she was an editorial staff member at the university’s Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology. Additionally, Baca led an international team project in South Africa focusing on legal issues within the country. Baca was also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and the Phi Kappa Phi All-University Honor Society at the University of Southern California, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in political science with honors.
