WELCH, W.Va. – November 13, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — In remarks delivered Monday afternoon at the annual Veterans and Businessmen’s luncheon at the National Guard Armory in Welch, U.S. Rep. Nick Rahall (D-W.Va.) called for enhancing critical programs and support services that aid our Nation’s Veterans when they leave military service.
