Real Estate Investors “Improve Neighborhoods One Home at a Time” Affirm Their Support of American Housing Month in June
Affirm Their Support of American Housing Month in June
(Louisville, KY) – (RealEstateRama) – During their annual meeting in Louisville, KY, the National Real Estate Investors Association (National REIA) reaffirmed their commitment to American Housing Month (June) by reminding Americans that real estate investors “improve neighborhoods one home at a time.” The proclamation was made by, Doug DeShields, President of National REIA, on behalf of the association’s member groups from all across America.
The proclamation reads as follows:
On behalf of the members of the National Real Estate Investors Association, representing real estate investors from across America, I would like to reaffirm Nation REIA’s commitment to American Housing Month.
Whether it’s by rehabbing distressed properties, providing clean, quality rental housing, or helping folks achieve the dream of homeownership, real estate investors are improving neighborhoods one home at a time.
Through our nationwide network of affiliated groups and associations, our members provide affordable housing to Americans at all income levels.
Real estate investors are professional housing providers that not only revitalize properties (which adds value to the community by removing blight, abandonment, etc.) but they also strengthen the local tax-base and help keep communities safe.
We help families looking for starter homes (to buy or rent, depending on their situation) find quality, affordable housing in a neighborhood that meets their needs and in a location of their choosing.
During this National Housing Month, the National Real Estate Investors Association reaffirms its commitment to upholding these beliefs and stands by its commitment to “improve neighborhoods, one home at a time.”
The National Real Estate Investors Association is a 501 (c)6 trade association. They are a federation made up of local associations or investment groups throughout the United States. They represent local investor associations, property owner associations, apartment associations, and landlord associations on a national scale. Together they represent the interests of approximately 40,000 members across the U.S. As such, they are the largest broad-based organization dedicated to the individual investor.
