Real Property Management Uses State-of-the-Art Software to Redesign Community Landscapes
Lewis Center, OH – April 26, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Real Property Management, an Associa company, is proud to announce that its Landscape Division, with the aid of state-of-the-art virtual design software, has provided a redesign for many of its communities’ common areas.
“Over the winter, we were able to meet with our various Boards to discuss ways we could improve and enhance their communities,” said President Sandi Crnko. “After listening to what they would like to see improved and looking at some numbers, we were able to come up with some beautiful enhancements at a low cost.”
Starting in March, RPM’s landscape crews were hard at work mulching and edging beds. As the calendar flipped to April, crews began preparation for flower installation in more than 40 communities by preparing and dressing the beds with a goal of planting all the flowers by the end of the month.
April also brought on the season of pond maintenance. Landscape crews are busy installing new fountains and starting the first round of chemical and dye applications that keep communities’ water features looking clean.
In addition to redesigning and updating the residences that it manages, RPM’s Landscape Division also serves individual owners within its communities that work closely with RPM.
“RPM’s Landscape Division did such a fabulous job with our new flowers and common area improvements,” said Tim Hetzler, Board Chairman for the Woods at Big Bear landscape committee. “We won’t even take bids for the job next season. RPM’s team can just present a proposal for the Board to review.”
