    CLEVELAND – February 21, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Today, Rep. Dave Joyce announced the Restore Our Neighborhoods Act, H.R. 656, which will protect responsible home owners by allocating funds to demolish vacant, abandoned, or foreclosed properties.
