- Tenant: Walgreens, CVS or Rite Aid
- Price: $3,000,000 – $6,000,000
- Cap Rate: 6.85% minimum
- Location: Nationwide
- Remaining Lease Term: 2 – 9 years
- Lease Type: NNN preferred, however NN will be considered
- Store Sales: Please send store sales with property submissions
- Misc: Buyer will consider assuming debt and will acquire portfolios up to $25 million
