Reyes Announces $3.1 Million USDA Grant to Provide Water for 80 Homes

Washington, D.C. – January 24, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Congressman Silvestre Reyes (D-TX) announced today that the U. S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) through the Water and Waste Disposal Program awarded a $3,111,500 grant and a $500,000 loan to El Paso County.
