Daly, Acting United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced that ELIZABETH JO GUTIERREZ, 47, of Ridgefield, pleaded guilty today before United States Magistrate Judge Donna F. Martinez in Hartford to embezzling $30,000 from the Fairfield Housing Authority
