Valdez is a thirty-three year McCoy’s veteran with a strong track record of leadership and thirty-one years of management experience. During his tenure with McCoy’s, Valdez and his wife, Velma, raised four children while he managed stores in in San Antonio, McAllen, Mission and most recently Harlingen.
