Seattle City Council to vote on rental housing inspection legislation

Seattle – October 1, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — On Monday, October 1, the Seattle City Council will cast the final vote on Council Bill 117569, rental housing registration and inspection legislation, a program that has been discussed since early 2010.
