NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC – (RealEstateRama) — The New Hanover County Board of Commissioners adopted a resolution at their meeting on Monday, December 18, 2017, declaring certain personal property surplus to the county’s operations.
Non-profit organizations have an opportunity to inspect and purchase the property prior to being sold to the general public. Any non-profit organization interested in viewing the property should contact ">Lena Butler (910-798-7190) or ">James Derseraux (910-798-4320). Non-profits may take advantage of this opportunity beginning Tuesday, January 2 through Friday, January 5, 2018.
Any remaining property will be offered for sale January 18-31, 2018 using GOVDEALS, a company who provides online auction services to governmental entities.
Registration is required for bidding. All items are sold “as is,” and the acceptable methods of payment are cash, money order, cashier’s check, and credit card.
